Intellectual Property Ownership

1. Ownership of Content

All content, frameworks, methodologies, templates, guides, designs, models, graphics, and training materials published under the name OPEX Playbooks are the exclusive property of J&P Global LLC / John&Partners Education & Consulting JSC (“Owner”). The Owner retains full legal and equitable rights, including copyright, trademark, and trade secret protection, over all published and unpublished works associated with OPEX Playbooks.

2. Scope of Protection

The OPEX Playbooks are protected under applicable intellectual property laws, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, trade secret, and licensing rights.

This protection covers, including but not limited to:

Playbooks Packs developed across multiple business domains (e.g., strategy, operations, leadership, people, value chain, innovation, AI, sales, marketing, customer experience, finance, projects, sustainability, risk, and governance).

Proprietary Frameworks & Methodologies, such as execution guides, maturity models, dashboards, diagnostic tools, and templates created for professional or educational use.

Training & Consulting Materials, including manuals, case studies, exercises, simulations, and coaching content.

Design & Branding Elements, including the OPEX Playbooks brand name, logo, and associated visual identity.

Any unauthorized use constitutes a violation of intellectual property rights and may result in civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

3. Permitted Use

Users may access OPEX Playbooks materials for personal, educational, and internal organizational purposes only, provided that:

Proper attribution is given to OPEX Playbooks / J&P Global LLC / John&Partners Education & Consulting JSC.

Materials are not altered, repurposed, or distributed for profit.

Use is limited to knowledge sharing, academic study, or internal reference within the user’s organization.

4. Prohibited Use

Without prior written consent from the Owner, users may not:

Copy, reproduce, or redistribute OPEX Playbooks content in any format (print, digital, online, video).

Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from OPEX Playbooks materials.

Commercialize OPEX Playbooks content by reselling, sublicensing, or bundling it into other training, consulting, or coaching programs.

Use OPEX Playbooks branding or content in a way that implies unauthorized affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.

Share, publish, or upload proprietary templates or frameworks to third-party platforms, repositories, or training providers.

5. Licensing & Partnerships

Commercial use of OPEX Playbooks materials requires a formal licensing agreement with the Owner. Licensing opportunities include:

Authorized Consultants/Trainers – professionals certified to deliver OPEX Playbooks content.

Corporate Training Licenses – companies adopting OPEX Playbooks as part of internal development programs.

Academic/Institutional Partnerships – universities, training centers, and educational providers delivering OPEX Playbooks under license.

6. Enforcement of Rights

The Owner actively monitors the unauthorized use of OPEX Playbooks materials, both online and offline. Any detected infringement will be subject to immediate legal action, including but not limited to:

Formal cease-and-desist notices.

Monetary damages, penalties, or restitution claims.

Revocation of access, certification, or partnership rights.

Civil and/or criminal proceedings under applicable laws.

The Owner reserves all rights to protect its intellectual property to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Disclaimer

OPEX Playbooks are intended for educational and professional development purposes. While the methodologies and frameworks are based on globally recognized practices in Operational Excellence, Lean, Six Sigma, and related fields, the Owner makes no guarantee of specific business results. Users are responsible for applying the frameworks within their organizational and legal context.
