How It Works:

. Disclosure – Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship whenever promoting affiliate links (FTC Endorsement Guides).

. Prohibited Conduct – No spam, false advertising, misleading claims, or self-referrals. Orders placed using your own details are ineligible.

. Payments – Commissions are paid monthly via PayPal (minimum $100). Refunds, chargebacks, or fraudulent activity may void commissions.

. Taxes – Affiliates are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on commissions earned. OPEX Playbooks does not withhold or remit taxes on behalf of affiliates.

. Tracking Limitations – Referral tracking depends on cookies and technical factors (e.g., device, browser, cookie settings). OPEX Playbooks is not responsible if tracking is blocked, disabled, or fails.

. Policy Changes – Commission rates, eligible products, and program terms may be updated from time to time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes.

. Intellectual Property – Affiliates may only use approved marketing assets provided. Unauthorized use, modification, or misleading adaptations of OPEX Playbooks trademarks, logos, or content is prohibited.

. Limitation of Liability – OPEX Playbooks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the program.

. Termination – OPEX Playbooks may suspend or cancel affiliate accounts for violations of these terms or applicable laws.

. Void Where Prohibited – The program is not valid where prohibited by law.

. Governing Law – The Affiliate Agreement governs. This program follows the laws of the United States (Texas).

. No Business Opportunity – No sign-up fee required. This is not a franchise or business opportunity program.
