All Playbooks are sold as digital downloads only. No physical products will be shipped. Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to download your Playbook in PDF format.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed automatically once payment is confirmed.

You will receive a download link via email and/or directly on the order confirmation page.

Delivery is typically instant, but in rare cases may take up to 24 hours due to technical issues or third-party delays.

3. File Format & Access

All Playbooks are provided in non-editable PDF format, unless otherwise stated.

Each file includes 8 structured parts (frameworks, checklists, action steps, etc.) as described on the product page.

Downloads are for personal and professional use only. Unauthorized sharing, resale, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

4. Download Limits

We recommend saving the file securely after your initial download.

Lost or expired download links can be reissued upon request by contacting our support team.

5. Non-Delivery Issues

6. Refunds & Exchanges
